About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vodanex Tech LLC ("Vodanex," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use NoNap Pro on macOS.

No Data Collected by Developer

Vodanex does not collect personal data through NoNap Pro. Data described as local or on-device below remains under your control unless a separate disclosure expressly says it is sent to a named service.

Local Processing and On-Device Storage

The app processes keep-awake, display-awake, and clamshell-mode state, session duration and app lifecycle events, battery level and power-source state used for battery safety, local administrator authorization state, and app version and operational diagnostics locally on your device.

The app stores language, battery threshold, and diagnostic logging preferences, diagnostic log, recent app operation event history, and a scoped authorization rule for clamshell mode at /etc/sudoers.d/nonap-pro on your device. Vodanex cannot access on-device data unless another confirmed feature sends it from the device.

Data Uploads

The app does not upload user content or other app data from your device.

Network Access

The app does not make network requests or communicate with Vodanex servers.

Analytics

The app does not use analytics services.

Crash Reporting

The app does not use crash-reporting services.

Sharing, Sale, and Tracking

The app does not share app data with third parties.

Vodanex does not sell your personal data.

The app does not use data to track you across apps or websites.

Retention and Deletion

Diagnostic logs are trimmed after they exceed approximately 2 MB, keeping approximately the newest 1 MB. Event history is periodically compacted to approximately the newest 1,000 events. Preferences and the local authorization rule persist until changed, revoked, or deleted on the Mac.

To delete applicable data, revoke clamshell authorization in NoNap Pro, quit and remove the app, and delete its local files under the net.vodanex.nonap.pro identifier. Contact support@vodanex.net if you need help locating local files.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

NoNap Pro is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version.
